2) Diet

You can reduce and prevent these wrinkles with a diet that is rich in protein, complex carbohydrates, and rich antioxidant foods. And, your mother was right. Don’t eat so much refined sugar. This type of sugar causes fluctuations in your insulin levels and inflammation which damages your skin.
3) Sun Light
I suggest, avoiding the sun! Direct contact with the sun, dries out your skin and therefore causes wrinkles to form. All must wear sunscreen whenever being exposed to the sun.
