Home Treatments For Under Eye Bags
Apply Cold Compress
Cold compress can help o reduce swelling and shrink dilated blood vessels. This can reduce the appearance of puffiness and help eliminate under eye bags.
Wrap a few ice cubes in a clean washcloth and compress to your eyes. You can also wet a washcloth with cold water and apply it to the skin under your eyes for 20 minutes for the same effect. Repeat this process if the cloth becomes normal or ice melts.
Get Extra Sleep
Sleep can also help reduce the appearance of under eye bags. Sleep deficiency can cause your skin to appear pale, making the under eye bags more obvious. Allow yourself seven to eight hours of rest to prevent under eye bags from appearing.
Elevate Your Head
While sleep deprivation can play a part in producing these under eye bags, sometimes it’s how you sleep. Elevate your head with a few pillows to prevent fluid from pooling under your eyes which can create puffiness and swelling.
Soak With Tea Bags
Tea contains caffeine and antioxidants that can help stimulate blood circulation, shrink your blood vessels, and reduce liquid retention under the skin. Applying cold tea bags to your eyes can reduce under eye bags.
Soak two green or black tea bags in hot water for five minutes. Let them coll in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes. When they are cold, apply the tea bags to your closed eyes for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse your eyes with cool water after removing.
Use Egg White
Take 1 egg and separate egg white from the yolk. Whisk this egg white for i minute gently to make it soft. Remember over whisking can cook egg white so please whisk for some time.
Use the applicator brush to apply this egg white solution on under eye bags area. Make a thick layer of egg white solution. Let it leave to dry naturally. Splash normal warm water to remove egg white. Use coconut oil to moisturize under the eye area. Repeat twice a week for best results.
